Please type the name, text or initials exactly how you would like it engraved, whether it be all capitals, normal text or lower text. We engrave as indicated in the personalisation box that you submit to us when ordering.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

All items must have been purchased from the Vayne online store.
All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact;
All items must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition; and
A proof of purchase must be provided.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns for personalised items if you change your mind.

We provide standard delivery to any address within our delivery channels. We now offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99.

As all orders are individually personalised, we need 1-3 working days to process your order.

COVID-19 Possible Delays: Please note that there is a possibility that there may be delays due to change in limited flights, sudden route blocks, surges in deliveries and staff shortages in your area. This can delay delivery for up to 7 days. Unfortunately, this is out of our courier and our control. We ask that you be patient with the delivery of your order and feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. However, do note that we do not deliver to military and restricted areas and naval ports. We deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you, promptly and safely.

All products are currently shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia as I currently reside here for the year. Rest assured, I make all the orders and will ship all the orders and there has never been an issue with delivery of every order I have posted. As all packages will be delivered via international delivery, I advise you be patient with the delivery of your package.
